Sorry Mum (Electric Circus)
Art Direction, Campaigns
Going against the scene visually — and lasting eleven years. Sorry Mum for what I got up to last night!

“

“
Sorry Mum is a long-running club night at Electric Circus, evolving over eleven years as the music became tougher, darker and less polished. While “dirty bangers” had become a familiar phrase in club culture, the artwork around it rarely carried the same weight. The identity took a different path, drawing from death metal, punk graphics, tattoo culture and ideas of rejection.

An evolving visual identity for Sorry Mum, a long-running club night at Electric Circus. Built to reflect the weight of the music and stand apart from the wider scene, the system shifted between layered graphics, stripped-back typography and image-led posters across eleven years.
